We do our best to fulfill and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. We ship USPS and offer four levels of service: Economy, Standard, Priority and Premium. Rates are based on the shipping address and the weight of the order.

We ship our gift cards to the continental U.S.

What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS - United States Postal Service

How long will my order take?
It depends on where you are located and/or the shipping method you select. While the Economy rate (USPS First Class Mail) generally indicates 2 shipping days, it does not include tracking and may take longer during heavy shipping times such as holidays.

How much does shipping cost?
USPS shipping rates are based on the shipping address and the weight of the order.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer overnight shipping, USPS Priority Mail Express.

How long before an order is processed?
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends). When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.

How do I track my order?
Tracking is NOT available on Economy, First Class Mail. For Standard and Premium shipping, as soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

How can I change/edit my order?
Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we'll do our best to adjust your order but if it's already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.
